Thanks to the work of the triple-P team and our committed partners and funders, we are on the path to reaching our goal of saving 100 million litres of drinking water by 2030.
Not only are we achieving the goal of water conservation but we are making huge strides in empowering marginalised communities through education, skills and enterprise development. Success breeds success and here are a few of our key achievements so far:
- Saved 39 million litres of potable water in 32 schools
- 36 496 direct beneficiaries supported across 3 provinces
- Provided safe drinking water to 14 schools affected by water shortages and unsafe drinking water
- Established 8 green-SMME’s all run owned by past project beneficiaries
- Supported 56 schools with various environmental and technical education activities
